Alexander Betke, Broker Associate,

Since 1983, Mr. Betke has been
involved with all facets of real
estate, real estate development and
contracting services.
Alex is a State Certified Building
Contractor and a Licensed Real
Estate Broker. National Association
of Home Builders, Gainesville Area
Board of Realtors and the Newberry
Jonesville Chamber of Commerce. He
is a past member of the Chamber of
Commerce Board of Directors and
served as Vice Chairman of the
Bonita Springs Florida Chamber of
Commerce. His building company has
received numerous awards for quality
and service as well as design.
He is leading the commercial
department of Prestwick Properties,
LLC, and Prestwick Construction,
offering site selection, design,
build, manage and leasing of
commercial space.
He resides in Alachua with his wife
Heidi, and two children.
